Here are 6 essential tips for using your brand new Wonder Balm!
Tip #1: Perform a Skin Test
First, we recommend you check the label for any ingredients you may be allergic to. If do not see anything concerning, we then recommend that you perform the following 2-step skin test:
Step 1 – Test a small amount of balm on the inside of the forearm three inches above the wrist. Considering this is the most sensitive area of skin for testing any topical product, a 30-minute application should be sufficient to determine if there is any allergic reaction. It is very rare (about 1%) that a person may experience an allergic reaction despite it being a plant-rich product.
Step 2 – If no adverse reaction occurs from the test above, test again on a small area of the affected skin before applying the product to a larger area.
If you experience an adverse reaction, do NOT continue using the product. Please contact us for an immediate refund.
Tip #2: Cleanse Affected Area and Apply 2-3 Times Daily
Wash affected area and dry thoroughly. Apply a thin layer over affected area 2-3 times daily or as needed.
Tip #3: Apply Balm in Between Toes, Wear Proper Footwear, and Change Socks Daily
For athlete’s foot, pay special attention to spaces between the toes; wear well-fitting, ventilated shoes and change shoes and socks at least once daily.
Tip #4: Store Balm Properly
To ensure the maximum durability of the product, please store your Wonder Balm in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and with the lid firmly closed.
Tip #5: Sanitize Hands Before Use
It is also important to avoid contaminating the product during normal use. Hands should be clean before using the cream.
Tip #6: Use Product Consistently for 2-3 Weeks
How long does it take to see results? We normally suggest customers to try our product for at least 2-3 weeks to determine its overall effectiveness.
Information on Expiration Date
Please note that all of our products are fresh as we manufacture them in small batches and the expiration year of our current jars is 2023. However, in rare situations, the expiration dates on the bottom of the jars may be missing one digit (if it’s printed close to the edge) or get smudged during the printing process.
These products are all made recently and are fresh and safe to use. If you prefer to receive products with expiration dates perfectly printed, please contact us and we will send you replacements immediately. We are in the process of improving the printing process.
Information on Inner Seal and Texture
Wonder Balm does not come with an inner seal due to its special production process. As one of the manufacturing steps, this delicate balm cools in the jar. This cooling phase may result in the product bubbling, cracking or shifting with an uneven surface. In rare cases, the balm may come out with gritty or clumpy texture, which is normal. All of our products are brand new and fulfilled by Amazon. We grant Amazon permission to destroy all returned products immediately to ensure that no returned or used products make it back on to market.
